SERVICES
Workshop
At our workshop, we fabricate and weld small to medium MSCL sections, ranging from 100-600mm diameter pipe or larger if required, according to plans and/or site measurements to save time on-site and provide delivery to site.
We also pre-fabricate as much pipework as possible to streamline on-site welding.
For our own quality assurance, we perform dye penetrant testing on all welds.
All welds and exposed steel are then wrapped with Denso or Shrink wrap in compliance with relevant standards.
Onsite
As a team, we are committed to working safely onsite alongside all companies to ensure everyone's safety. Our boilermakers are qualified tradesmen with years of experience in providing all necessary works in a timely manner.
Our trucks and plant meet all onsite safety standards and all our electrical equipment is tested, tagged, and up to date, including fire extinguishers.

We can also arrange independent non-destructive testing of welds.

Materials
All materials comply with the relevant Australian and New Zealand standards for the water and sewerage industries, including those set by WSAA, SEQ, Sunwater, and other regulatory bodies.

We weld Mild Steel Concrete Lined (MSCL) Pipe with fusion bonded medium density polyethylene coating, commonly known as SINTAKOE (SKL).
